A personal concierge helps you free up precious free time by running errands, planning events, doing your personal grocery shopping, taking care of your home and pets while you’re away, checking on your elderly parents, making sure your out-of-town guests are comfortable, etc. etc.

Q: How much does At Your Service of St. Louis County charge for personal concierge services?
A: We charge a flat hourly rate of $45. We also have many special packages that make our personal  assistant services even more economical, plus we offer everyday discounts to senior citizens and military families. Check out our rates and packages and our specials page for details.

Q: Do you provide all of the personal assistance, errand, household helper, party planning, and concierge services yourself?
A: At Your Service of St. Louis County has established relationships with several reputable service providers such as house cleaners, shipping companies, carpet cleaners, landscapers, caterers, etc. All service providers are fully licensed, insured, and anxious to serve you. And! We promise you’ll never pay a higher price if you book these services through At Your Service of St. Louis County.

Q: Do you arrange daycare?
A: Only for pets. At Your Service of St. Louis County does not handle babysitting, child transportation or medicine disbursements, nor do we do anything illegal or immoral. The list of concierge services we do offer is quite extensive, however. And if you don’t see it on this list, just ask!

Q: How do I know that your company is reliable?
A. At Your Service of St. Louis County is fully licensed and insured. We’re also members of The International Concierge and Lifestyle Management Association. Our goal is to prove our reliability every time we make your life easier! We’re happy to provide references, just call us or email us.

Policies

At Your Service of St. Louis County is committed to the privacy of our clients. Personal information will only be collected with your consent and will not be shared with any third party. Confidential client information or data collected will only be used for internal purposes, including improving client services or extending special offers to our clients. At Your Service of St. Louis County never divulges the names of our clients to mailing lists or other corporations.

Mileage is free for the first 20 miles. Additional mileage is $0.50 per mile.

If delivery includes alcoholic beverages, an adult 21 or older must be present to accept delivery.

Please request services at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee that requests with less notice can be filled.

At Your Service of St. Louis County will not perform services that are illegal or that put our employees in danger.
