Having More Of “It”

You’ve probably heard the quote, “women can have it all…just not all at the same time.” What wise woman said that? Interestingly, these words have been attributed to everyone from Marilyn Monroe to Madelyn Albright. At one time or another, you’ve probably said it yourself.

I’m not arguing whether you can or can’t have everything you want, when you want it…but I will tell you can have more of “it”—whatever your personal “it” is.

No matter your age there are demands on your time, expectations of how you should look, unspoken requirements on everything from the best way to raise your kids to how often you should be working out.

No one has the time, or even the desire, to really do it all. If you’re like me you often feel like if someone pulled on one of your loose strings the whole ball of yarn holding your life together could unravel.

Things suffer because you just can’t get to them all. Maybe it’s your home organization, real quality time with an elderly loved one, a put-together and workable wardrobe, or time to actually enjoy your kid’s weekend baseball games…things slip when you’re pulled in too many directions.

Every now and then the smartest thing you can do is reach out for a helping hand. If it makes you uncomfortable to say you need a personal concierge, or you think you don’t deserve a personal assistant, think of At Your Service as a sidekick to help you get things under control. We can be your sounding board, offer encouragement, and help you make time for your real priorities.

What do we do? We’ll take care of things on your to-do list that you don’t know how to do, that you don’t have time to do, or that you just don’t want to do. We’ll help you define how you really want to spend your time and help make that happen.

We’ll take whatever time is necessary to sit down with you and create a workable plan either for a few hours at a time or on an on-going basis. You can have more of it—let’s work together to make that happen. It’s easy to get started. Just call us at 314-994-1382 or email us at requests@atyourservicestlcounty.com.
